We, both, are sorry to hear about your problems, of late......
Though I am not practicing lately, stress can be very troublesome both physically and mentally, we all know that............. but THE good news is? it is easily overcome!
The stress you feel is ONLY
your mental worrisome attitudes about things that are not controllable, by you? Change them attitudes and you change that stress to: nonstress. Now easily said than done?...... free yourself of the mental turmoil........... that only you, PUT on yourself.
NO buts............ no excuses. yours to be free NOW
a little yoga, some meditation, a pinch of zen, and a good 'sock it to me'l and you're as good as new........ a new sock, that is
