Because of France's lost to Italy in World Cup Soccer -- on penalty kicks in the final shootout..... France NOW, has cancelled ALL celebrations, while moaning the lost.   

Our condolences to the losing nation................... but cancellation of Bastille day?

I know, we'll party  w/ the Italians then.
