( since I have a few seconds before dressing a four year old to go to the park))..... if they have previously charged you the two extra dollars for double meat you need to enquire about a possible policy change... but still in all retail circuts the general policy is customer first. which means even if you know its against policy at times you have to bend that rule to keep customer satisfaction in the proper venue which is what should have been done at this point. this where also keeping reciepts becomes paramount because if you have proof that this is how the previous meals were purchased and served then they have to honor it... its their reciept and thus can't be disputed.. I personally don't eat at subway simply for the reason that they do use stablizers in their bread dough. all of their meats are NOT cut on site and most of their veggies are sprayed with a product called stay fresh which is a chemical to retard the natural process of cellular break down....so basically... your getting all this stuff that is supposed to be nutritional but its covered in artificial preservatives and synthetic chemicals..while i realize we use alot of things simply as a convience... one thing that I have noticed in a little experiment I have been running since right around christmas.... I have lost more weight simply by removing all store bought bread, prepacked veggies.... and over processed meats from my household.... gone back to doing it old school. my daughter has stopped having headaches...and overall i have more energy. just something to think about. and yes. for what you would have paid for a double meat sandwhich...everything you need to make a full triple meat poboy (hoagie, sub, grinder or any other term insert here). can be found at your local grocery. and as planting season is upon us... support your local farmer. buy fresh local produce.
