Imagine stepping outside of a small cottage in the morning, the sun just that perfect warmth, a gentle breeze blowing, the crashing of the ocean waves not too far distant, the plumeria trees with their fragrant flowers and hibiscus surrounding you, the gentle sweet music of island birds call to you as you walk ... oh ... maybe fifty footsteps and reach the oh-so-soft pristine white sands of the beach, the water so clear it invites you closer ... and you do come closer ... and walk into the embrace of those waters, finding them to be warm yet cool, refreshing and exhilerating .......
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ... bliss .... paradise .... heaven ....
And the gods blessed us with every day like this while we visited heaven ...
But now we're back .. and I'll have photos up soon to share with you our stay in paradise ....
Oh, the wedding?

Well ...
Imagine that exact setting, only this time, we are dressed in a bit more clothing ... but barefoot still ... strolling through the waters, each wearing a traditional wedding lei, splashing in the waters playfully, getting totally soaked and not caring... half-naked villagers looking on (Tuchuks?) ... oh, wearing grass skirts too .. (Tuchuks?!) ... then coming to meet with the kahuna, who blows the conch shell three times ... two short, one so long that it made you shiver ... then the kahuna takes us through a traditional ceremony and joins us together, the ocean binding us one to the other ...
But ... that's just a taste ...
Once our photos arrive I'll get them uploaded as well as a complete description of our most happy day ...
