Guess if you really must know, you had to be in court to hear both sides of the testimony and the reasons the judge decided what he did.
There are alot of why's in this world, and sometimes, it's just better the rest of us do not know why.
Many times, people cant handle the truth of why.
Careful what you wish for, sometimes the truth of why, is more terrible that the outcome the public gets to hear.
