it must be my pc cos i just went in on masters and there was no problem i always use cleaner

Also what antivirus program are you using, as that could be causing a problem.

Cleaner doesn't clear everything that a manual cleaning will do. It keeps data on sites you frequent like WM.

she has fixed the problem she was running with a trial program of avg full she gone back to avg free and can see the room ok thank you for your help ameesha xxxx
