Just got back from the doctor. Two weeks ago, I thought a pulled muscle in my back. Then the rash started and the pain radiated to my lower back and now toward my stomach.....diagnosis....shingles. Can we say...excruciating pain?
Then on top of that, today I got a letter stating they are not rehiring me for next school year....budget cuts. But they will be re-evaluating the situation later this summer, so don't lose hope. I can't afford to wait around for a maybe, so now I'm back to filling out applications. I'm 56 years old and too damn old to be looking for a job every year.
And shingles are stress related??? Some of you know the rest of the story....heh...go figure.
