One Warrior deceased from pre-migration injuries.

Young lad was hit on the hand with a hammer while breaking ice free from wheels.  Stitched laceration and set two broken bones just above knuckles of 3rd and 4th fingers.  Full recovery expected.

Several old Warriors chose to stay when the camp moved.  With the extreme cold temperatures, they will see Endless Sky soon.

Altercation with Kassar, Kataii and Turia.

Jetei received lance blow to stomach area.  No rider hook involvement, but small laceration in stomach.  Stabilized and treated.  Awaiting transfer to Medical Wagon.

Coen received dagger wound to chest.  Stabilized and treated.  Awaiting transfer to Medical Wagon.

Raiden received wound to back.  Awaiting treatment until those more serious are taken care of.  I dare say he won't stay put long.

Official numbers after the altercation in Turia:

"132 Warriors treated for serious injuries in the food court."
 "97 Warriors treated in front of the tavern, 23 critical."
433 Warriors are in the medical cylinders with serious to critical wounds."
Many treated in the grainery.  Was too busy to count.

...During the stop for rest, repairs, and hot food, there were a few minor injuries.  Frostbite was treated, the cases weren't serious, the Tuchuk know how to travel in inclement weather...the warm clothing and caps with the ear coverings issued to all, Free and slave, are very effective.

...Iseabail sustained a minor concussion, I am not exactly sure how it happened.  She was treated with ice to the affected area, and with willow bark to address the headache.  A concussion watch was set over her during the night, and she is expected to be well this day.  A bond, sparkle, had a greenstick fracture of her radius...again, I am not clear how the injury occurred.  The bone was set, with the assistance of Ollie...I will need to coach Him on His bedside manner.

The Ubar stopped by the wagon to inquire on the injuries, and was exposed to a toxic substance...He will recover.

...I made the tour of the Outer Medical Wagons, and looked in on some patients, and had shipments of supplies sent to where they were needed.  The Ubara had been attending to other issues, and I had let her direct Healers and pass on orders from the Ubar.  I had given Iseabail her last Stabilization Serum injection before we set out.

All of the Medical Wagons were well supplied from the Medical Supply Wagons...we were ready for what was coming...although we Healers didn't enjoy being called upon to show our skills, especially when we had to choose, seeing a field of wounded warriors...deciding who to save.  I, grunt, and say to the healing bonds..."Get yer rest, while ye can."

I went to the medical supply wagons and found someone had been in one of the wagons, despite the lock that only I have a key to.

Lock has been changed and everyone has been notified to contact me if they need something from the supply wagons.

When the call came for The First to mount up, nearly half the wagon evacuated.  I fear we will see them again in the medical compound.

Addendum to last report:

Merkid of Ubara's Own was injured by a runaway mount.  He suffered broken ribs, a punctured lung, blunt force trauma to the head and a broken arm just above the wrist.  He has been treated and is resting in Dragonslair.

Salem was brought into the medical wagon with a concussion.  It appears he was mauled by a renegade mount.  He is unconscious at present and may require surgery to relieve pressure.

...The first of the wounded of the 1st Oralu were brought in during the night.  The Ubara triaged them, and they were sent to the medical wagon, the surgical wagon...or the morgue wagon, as indicated.  87 warriors were on the carts, and 17 were carried to the morgue wagon.  The Ubara treated many, and the seriously wounded were sent to the surgical wagon. Many operations were performed...and if the Gods be merciful...most will survive...but there were many very serious wounds.  My son, Tristan, was brought in while I was operating, and the Ubara helped me treat his wounds...I think he will recover.  I took the first night watch so that the Ubara could get some rest.  We will be ready for when the next carts arrive...I pray that the Ubar will be riding back in on his own.

...The survivors of an Orlu of the 1st Oralu came into camp yesterday afternoon.  Of 100 Men, there were only 30 remaining.  Their wounds were treated, and they were made comfortable and provided with food and drink.  It is anticipated that they will be heading back to join the 1st Oralu later this day. They reported that the fighting had been very heavy, but that the Tuchuk had held. They had no information on the whereabouts of the Ubar.

After a Kassar ambush, many were left injured or dead.  Those who were injured suffered many arrow wounds.  Others suffered lance wounds.
Ubara's Own lost Temulen and Sube.
Danska received injuries to his torso from kaiila claws.
Chaghatai received a wound from a lancetip.
Both are resting in Dragonslair.

...The Tuchuk sustained many casualties during the crossing of the RoT, the exact number lost will not be known for several days, as survivors are trickling in from being washed downstream.  The medical wagon sustained major damage, and those that were inside did not avoid injuries.  Mercilane incurred a head injury, but will recover quickly. Gheeta will be out of commission for several hands, she sustained a compound fracture of her right femur, and displaced fractures of her right ulna and radius.  Several healing bonds were killed, and others were severely injured.  Most of the patients in the wagon were re-injured.  New injured were brought to the medical wagon, and everyone with healing training worked hard to address all patients.

Several of Ubara's Own were injured during the River of Tears crossing.
     Qori was washed downriver when his mount lost his footing.  He was found alive but not breathing.  Measures were taken to remove the water from his lungs and he began to breathe on his own.
     Muhuli's mount lost his footing while accompanying the Orphans' Wagon across the River.  He was taken to the Dragonslair with broken ribs and a possible punctured lung.
     Merkid was also washed downstream when his mount lost his footing.  It appears his injuries were aggravation of prior injuries....since he was out of the medical chamber without being released.  Will have words with him about that.
     I sprained or fractured my ankle during the crossing, but will postpone treatment until all Warriors are seen to.
