Tuchuk continued on this morn making good time and covering ground.

Brief skirmish with Kassar Outrider resulting in a few wounded.

I expect more of this but hope to avoid it if possible. An alternative secondary route was taken to avoid a possible ambush. Tuchuk stopped at the springs shortly before dark.

Tend the stock and allow the bosk to graze in place. All fires out before dark.

We move again come morning.

Entry 6

We began moving once again leaving the springs behind. We continue to make good time and traveled through the night until reaching the river. There we halted to water the stock again and to rest.

I intend to move on again come the morn. We are within our own territory again and should reach home before dark.

Entry 7


We have arrived back in camp. The wagons are filling every bit of available space in the main area waiting to be offloaded in the morn.

The wounded have been transfered to the main med wagon for continued care.

The teams will remain in harness, grazing in place until the wagons are offloaded and parked in their usual resting places. Then the teams will be herded back out to rejoin the herd.
