he was found to be dualling in both MTC and WildWoods Panther Band.

he was staked, whipped and then killed.  he's no longer allowed back in MTC by Ubar's word.

I just noticed this- can someone please post more details on this or PM them to me?  I'd like to know the details so we have a firm basis for banning him from WW as well.
