On Tuesday night, we arrested Tiki Boyd at the Oasis Men's Club. He was attempting to sell marijuana to Jamie Peterson, a woman that had contacted us through Lindsay Davis. We had Jamie wired and gave her marked money to use and as soon as the money changed hands we conducted the arrest.
We had hoped to keep this quiet but Boyd tried to escape. Roy had to trip hime and cuff him which created an uproar we had hoped wouldn't happen.
I was trying to stay out of sight but some friend of Roy's called Claire actually dragged me in her booth and kissed me. I guess she thought that would help make me look more like a guy loooking for women instead of an FBI agent.
We're holding Boyd, hoping to negotiate a plea bargain where he gives uo his drug sources.
