went a round or two with  Kim a little while back..  figured I could use the practice desperately...  and notthat I under estimated her but..  pretty sure I got my crippled old ass handed to me

has had the memory span of a goldfish lately and finally got around to checking the rest of the boards....

I understand and will get back into practice with sparring....

Getting there LOL. Hopefully I will be sparring much more often than that, given the fact that (a) I do need the practice and (b) it's a helluva lot of fun. See You in the pits.....
