Password request help?

Hey there...I feel so dumb....
I hit a wrong button when I tried to come into the room, and it switched to another username stored on the comp...with no password...
then i tried to switch to MINE....but i tried every darn variation of password that it SHOULD be...and, it didnt match...and was no longer stored in my comp....
I requested it sent to my yesterday afternoon, and no email has come at all!
i checked, and, it shows my normal email as associated with my account, but, i havnt recieved a email yet at all....I dont want to have to make a new account....can anyone help?
