On Sunday morning I went running in Central Park with Audrey. We went home, showered changed clothes and headed for the Palm Court where we enjoyed brunch together with Lindsay and Gino. Gino met is there to help us take Audrey over to her new dorm where she could settle in.

This was a mixed male and female dorm for the law students which included a small law library and study room where they could meet and compare notes.

I left Audrey in Gino's capable hands as he took her on a tour of New York City the rest of the day. I could tell they hit things off pretty well and I know from personal experience that Gino Caruso is a decent guy. Not that he's beyond trying to get in her pants, but she's twenty-two and certainly old enough to make her own decisions.

I returned to my Carnegie Hill penthouse and spent the rest of the day working on scripts for some upcoming plays.

What started out as a dare on Wednesday night, turned into a nice evening with both Barry Watters and Mike Miller on Friday night. I met Barry at the Four Seasons Supper Club around 9:00 pm as planned. We took the corner booth and talked. I insisted on seeing his wallet, just to be damn sure he was at least 18 years old, since he's only a freshman at Columbia.

His driver's license told me he's 19, so I could never be arrested for playing with a minor. 34 year old women have to be careful, you know. I also wanted to be sure he could afford our dinner and the bottle of Kendall Jackson chardonnay I ordered.

I sort of joked about the condom I stumbled on in there, saying I was sure that was there just in case he bumped into one of those female college students I've seen hovering around this cute, handsome, long haired, young man. Sure, I admit he's what Lindsay calls eye candy, but this was just a dinner date, period.

I was dancing with Barry when Mike Miller walked in wearing an obviously fake moustache. It was all I could do not to bust out laughing. When the piano player reached the end of the song, and Barry headed for the restroom, I walked over to the bar, took a seat next to Mike and asked him what the hell he was doing.

He laughed and said he was merely protecting his "turf". When Barry returned, I insisted on taking Mike with us back to the booth where he sat on my side of the table. They wound up talking a lot and I'm sure Mike no longer considers Barry a threat.

I did have a little trouble getting to sleep that night though. Eye candy can be very tempting!
