Tiffany Farina's Journal

It's early morning and I just have to post this because I think I have a date with Felix tonight. He did actually call me on Sunday and I took him on that tour of the Columbia University campus that I suggested on Saturday night.

He's one exciting dude and I know he wants to see more of me, and I don't mean just a date as he suggested. For some reason during our tour he opened up a little. I think maybe he is a thief and might have actually been the guy that robbed both Lindsay and my daddy, Diego. He asked me out and when I asked him about Lindsay, he laughed, said he did take her home and showed her a "good time".

I think I might be the next target on his list and I know he's possibly dangerous, but I've always been drawn to those bad boy types. I just need to be careful and slow him down a peg.

I had dinner with daddy on Sunday night, but decided to keep the things I knew or expected to myself. I'm betting I'll know more by tonight.

Last week I met Barry Watters, who's the son of my volleyball coach, Victor Watters, while studying in the library with Janette Friday. He's a handsome young freshman that earned a scholarship on the men's volleyball team. I agreed to go out with Barry on Friday night and we danced at the Four  Seasons together. That worked out pretty well when my father, Diego, got off the elevator as we arrived. He liked the looks of Barry, obviously pleased that I wasn't with Pierre again.

Saturday we met again at Mahoney's Irish Pub in Brooklyn. When I walked in, Barry was sitting alone at the far end of the bar and Lindsay Davis was sitting alone at the other end. The bartender named Molly gave me a frosted mug of Killian's Red Ale while I introduced Barry to Lindsay. I could see her mind working and I knew we would wind up in Sunday's column. We did, but it wasn't too bad at all.

Barry and I played a game of 8-ball at the pool table. We agreed the prize would be that the loser would have to do whatever the winner demanded later that night in my place. I won easily, although I'm not sure Barry tried really hard. Maybe he liked doing some of the kinky things I requested? *chuckling as I typed*

I then sent Pierre an email in Paris, explaining how I'd defused daddy's resentment to Pierre by introducing Barry as my date when dancing Friday night. I chose not to mention our Saturday night affair.
