hey my fam,
sorry i didnt comer online much..lots been happening rt here at home, sister havin heart probs and findin out being diabetic, and such...havin to TRY and help her get by this. and other things in my lif3 thqt ferociously fill my time. "GROWLS".

anyways to let ya know i have tried to post about my sleen training and all....will do the posting on it when time has released me...Love to all.
