This Week's Gossip
I woke up early Sunday morning hearing thunder and lightning and a peek out the window showed heavy rain. I called Rachel and we decided to skip our morning run and just meet at the Palm Court for brunch.

The New York Giants football game against the Bears was rescheduled as the Sunday night game so Diego picked me up and we had dinner over in New Jersey with Tony and Carmela Soprano before we attended the game in the Meadow Lands. It was one tough night as the Bears killed our Giants, 38-20. Diego wasn't happy so I had him drop me off at the Plaza Hotel after the game.

I loved it when Rachel asked me to play Elaine Benes in her Seinfeld play on Wednesday night. Elaine gave me tons of opportunities for clever adlibs. Tim was fantastic as Cosmo Kramer. Mike even showed up in the audience which made Rachel pretty happy. Doni played George, Kate returned as big boobs, Marlene, and Dami was the narrator.

Rachel says she saw Lt. Joe Friday questioning Rafe Michaels at the Four Seasons this week, regarding the death of her two Irish brothers, Sean and Harnish. Joe thinks there might just be a link there between that and the murder of Patrick McGafferty, however, so far there have been no arrests.

On Saturday night Rachel and I went over to Bobby Campbell's studio for our photo shoot. I drew the lingerie poses while she, as usual, posed for the latest version of her L'eggs ad. Since these will all be for Glamour magazine, things got a bit more explicit. The new Staten Island councilman, David Dewher, showed up. He was there to pay Bobby for all the advertising work Bobby did for David's campaign.

Bobby invited David in to watch the shoot, which sure caused a few blushes from Miss Legs. We shared a couple drinks at Emil's, a nearby ba,r after the shoot, then David took us home. We dropped Rachel off first, then I convinced David to forget about the Staten Island Ferry and come up to my Plaza Hotel suite for a nightcap.

Since I'm sending this in right now while David makes the drinks, you'll just have to guess when David left.

Entertainment
