This Week's Gossip
The Super Bowl party in the Hilton Hotel lasted until almost four in the morning. Most of the players of course met their bed check times of 11:00 pm. The game won't actually start until 6:25 pm, but the players are bussed to the stadium around noon. I wasn't up in time to watch them leave, trust me.

I was rooting for the Colts and had wagers with both Diego and Donivan since they were rooting for the Bears. I came away the winner when Colts won 29-17. I'm glad Peyton Manning finally has the monkey off his back. I can't wait to collect my bet with Doni.

Diego and I each took separate first class seats on the Monday flight back. We do that often to see who gets the best seat partner. He drew some sports writer that Diego said didn't shut up all the way back. I had a delightful young man named Darnell Williams who was making his first business trip to New York City and actually had a room at the Plaza Hotel.

He rode back to the city with us in Diego's limo and Diego just kept winking at me. He knew the guy had the hots for me and I was milking it for all it was worth. Monday evening Darnell bought me dinner in the Palm Court and spent the rest of the night upstairs in my place. Nice guy, great abs.

I caught the Tuesday afternoon CBS news where Bridget Martin told the world that the FBI and the NYPD had solved the case regarding the mystery murder of Patrick McGafferty. It seems that an Irishman named Cabe and a man named Mick were trying to kidnap Patrick McGafferty's daughter, Molly McGafferty, hoping to obtain the information they failed to acquire when Cabe killed her father. Mick was also shot and killed at the wild scene.

Of course, the FBI is refusing to identify those involved in the undercover operations. CSI agent, Jeff Mallard confirmed this morning, through initial DNA obtained from Cabe's body during the autopsy, that it matched the single hair found at the McGafferty murder scene.

The autopsy performed by NYPD medical examiner, Dr. Garret Macy, confirmed that both Mick and Cabe died of single gunshots from the same gun, the gun used by the FBI's undercover agent. Cabe was shot in the head and Mick in the chest. Both were armed and attempting the kidnapping and the undercover agent had no choice but to return fire.

Rachel asked me to play three different men in her Tuesday night play at Creative Arts Theatre so I shoved a sock in my pants and we had a fun time. Kate was our narrator while Alice played both Phoebe and Monica. She was changing wigs lickety split.

I spent Saturday night at Mahoney's Irish Pub where I started out ordering a hot chocolate from Molly, the bartender of the night. I told her how pleased that that she finally knew whould murdered her father and rid herself of that Cabe that was obviously watching her.

Bobby Campbell came in with a $1000 check for my underwear ads for Vogue. He even bought my first ping of Killian's Red Ale. He said he was really there looking for Rafe to hand her the fat check for her full page Clairol ad in Vogue's upcoming March issue. Molly said the real reason he was there was to watch Jamie Peterson on stage, the regular Saturday night singer and dancer.

It was then that Danny arrived, wearing no shirt and acting really strange. Bobby asked him if he was the male stripper that worked the Pub on Ladies Night.

Declan popped in for his normal Guinness and paid for my second pint of ale. This turned into a very inexpensive night for me, two buck for the initial hot chocolate. I was surprised to see Shasta McKenzie waltz in, the new receptionist at the Carnegie Hill Spa. She didn't recognize me at first since she'd only seen me at the Spa once, the day I was there for my massage with Jason.

Jamie was still on stage when in walked a fellow named Aces Pappis. He chose a table near the stage to admire Jamie's dancing skills in that miniscule outfit she wears. Jamie left the stage to tease him and I'm sure he enjoyed it immensely.

Aces played a card trick on Shasta, probably hoping to talk her into leaving with him. She smiled but didn't follow his lead. Aces hit on every female in the pub, but it was Jamie that came out of the dressing room and left with him. I'm sure Aces got what he was looking for.

Declan walked me outside and tucked me in a taxi when I left. He is such a good looking guy, but Molly and Barb seem to have him wrapped around their, shall I say fingers or bodies?

When I arrived in my 15th floor Plaza Hotel suite, I faxed in this column and went straight to bed. I was pretty beat after a very busy week.

Entertainment
Rachel has put the plays on hold again for a couple weeks. As I understand it she's planning to change the plays to Tuesday night to get more Webmaze Players available.
