ok.. if a slave is owned by Ubar is that slave also owned by Ubara??

same as if that slave is owned by one of two FC is that slave then property of both???

I am owned by Ubar. My ownership was not included in the FC contract. If ownership becoming a joint property is spelled out in the FC contract then the slave would become jointly owned.

However, I serve Ubara just as I would my Master because she is my Master's woman, and I love her besides that even...

*agrees with woobie and nods* aye, not always love, and certainly not necessarily.  there might be a little bit more "underlying" loyalty maybe, but nothing set in stone.....

and I also agree with woobie about how Rags, her and My situation has always worked out....the T/three of U/us are extremely lucky in the fact that O/our situation just works....there is no question, there is no yours mine ours.....it just is.....Rags has His Own coffers, I have Mine, there are the camps coffers.....but...well.....even the "physical" as well as "emotional" logistics just seem to work.....woobie and I have our own "connection" that has been built upon for 8 years, and Rags and I also have our own "connection" for the same amount of time....I was close to both long before I ever became His Woman......and maybe that is the key to why the three of our's "relationship" just works....because it simply is........and it is kept simple.....and coming into the FC.....Rags and I talked extensively for months, as well as I talked to woobie....about the logistics and what if's and whys long before anything was ever set in stone.....

I had a slave at the time I was FC'd.....and honestly miss her dearly, but she has a good rt now, and that is what is important,.....but point being.....she was mine going into it, as was woobie with Rags.....

the joint collar needs to be agreed upon by the Free.....if the Man feels like having His slaves in a joint collar, He should inform his companion or future companion, and the Woman can have her input.........keeping in mind it is always the final decision of the Man's wagon and how He wants to run things........always, in everything.....

I had the long answer to this, and woobie's is far more succinct and to the point, but if there is A/any out there that want to find out or wants more advise on how to make an FC with slave(s) work, and E/everyone be relatively content, if not blissful, please ask......cause Rags', woobie's and My relationship has exceeded ...um..........wow........more than 4 years now.......by Odin, our "precompanionship" lasted longer than a lot of full out FC's that I know of LOL

thank you Mistress an thank you woobie... i guess i should clairify my question.... what i ment was as most start out as MTC collar which if i understand correctly is Master Ubars property.. what i was asked was if a slave wears that collar does that slave belong to both Ubar and Ubara... an to the camp?? this is where the confussion lays... sorry for any that was implyed it was not intended ... just questions that chanz can not answer an she was curiouse also as to the correct answer....

the only answer i have been able to give is no matter what level a slave attains they must always continue to learn an shine to bring honour to the collar they have adornin their neck unless they wan to be come sleen food or wagon wheel bumperpads...

I can only answer based on what I have seen in the books of Gor.

I recall the case of Svein Bluetooth, who had many bond maids in his household.  His companion, a haughty and frigid woman, despised his slaves and commanded them to "kirtle their shame" when she caught them being naked and sexual with the Bluetooth's hired men. Though she could lord her power over them as the Mistress of the household, and in some ways countermand what the Bluetooth found acceptable for his slaves (certainly HE didn't mind them being naked and sexual before his woman walked in), there was no indication that she "co-owned" them.  Out of respect to her chaste sensibilities and her station, he allowed his slaves to be humiliated and punished for their sexuality; but he could just as easily have pulled rank on her, as a free man of Gor doing what he wished with his own property.

In fact, the books of Gor make very clear the fact that a slave is owned by ONE person -- that ONE person's name is on that slave's collar.  There is no such thing as the joint collar seen in online Gor.

I pretty much see it this way: any slave can be commanded by any free person, period.  Legally speaking, a free person may even kill a slave and pay the owner what the slave is worth, after the fact.  That doesn't mean that the owner won't take issue; but from a legal standpoint, a slave may be used in any way that any free person sees fit.  Naturally, the free woman of the household can command her companion's slaves in any way, simply because they are slaves, but that doesn't mean the slave is co-owned.

actually, that IS a good question....

it comes down to technicality.....

yes, an MTC collar is in fact Ubar's property, but let Me be VERY clear here, it is NOT His PERSONAL collar......

and everything I personally own is at the whim of Rags.....so.......*kinda chuckles*.....the answer is that no, the Ubara does not own MTC girls........the Ubara is capable and has in the past had personal slaves, but MTC slaves TECHNICALLY belong to the Ubar, but are NOT PERSONALLY collared to Him.....and no, the "camp" does not own the slaves collared to an MTC collar.........and yes, I'm using collar instead of "ko'lar"........you know what I mean.....

that is also why, when Rags is greeting MTC collared slaves He says "greetings My -insert name here-" and adds His comment......He makes a point to say hello to everyone....including "His" MTC collared slaves.

I'm real picky LOL and dont really have an overabundance in online time....so self sufficiency is key.........well that, and the fact that most of the time, my collars are "healling" collars after a bad break up/mess up/abandonment etc situation......

it doesnt happen often,but it does happen......
