I've thrown out my back. I wish I could claim to have done so in the midst of wild, freaky, sweaty, thrashing, pounding sex -- but no, I simply stumbled off a sidewalk and wrenched my lower lumbars in the effort of not falling. At this point, I can only sit, stand, or lay for short spells; holding any one position for too long turns my spine into a Gordian knot. Needless to say, I won't be in camp until this eases up.
In other news, I have six more days of teaching, then three In-Service days, and I'm officially home free! The grading crunch alone is going to make me scarce, but I'll be in camp much more after June 14th!
