SMOKE loved getting together and meeting everyone he had made friends with on the net. While he was Senior Admin at Chatro he arranged for the First Annual Vegas Get-together. Most of those that attended were regulars from the Downtown Bar and a few of them got together for a weekend in March of 1997. When they all returned from the trip, we all got to hear all about it and a few brought back pictures for us to see.
SMOKE was responsible for getting a group of online
friends together to meet in person. From what I hear, they
had a wonderful time in Vegas getting to know one another.
This even spawned another get together the following year.
