The Kingdom of Targ is set in medieval times. There is no electricity, no modern conveniences.

There is no such thing as magic. There are no witches and wizards, elves or dwarves. No dragons, no fairies and no people attempting to play an animal of any sort. This does not mean we don't believe in them or tell tales about them. It just means we don't accept those types of characters.

In the Medieval times one would not be permitted into the great hall or royal court of the King without proper reason and peerage - but in Targ A/all are welcome to join and and be a part of good things and bad.
