Las Vegas. Glittering jewel of the southwest. Home to over a million residents, and the fastest growing city in the U.S. The shining city welcomes over 35 million tourists each year, "the entertainment capital of the world". This huge flux of visitors and travellers has made Las Vegas a city that follows its own rules. The neon and steel of the strip create the illusion of decadence, where anything can be had for a price, but two miles away, the quiet residential neighborhoods and commercial districts are practically hidden in the shadows.
Lake Mead, Nellis Air Force Base, Hoover Dam, the Las Vegas Indian Reservation, Red Rock Canyon, and Tolyabe National forest are each within 30 minutes from downtown, offering all manner of entertainment for those who aren't interested in gambling or the shows. A thriving economy, low unemployment, and more public spending per capita than any other city, makes Las Vegas a prime spot for families or vacations. That is what the brochures tell you, but there is far more to experience in Las Vegas, things that never see print, or the light of day.
The massive transient population makes Las Vegas a haven for the undead...smart kindred can pick and choose their meals, and stay well hidden. The nearby reservation and wilderness hosts a large number of Garou, who every year peck away at the ever present urbanization and city sprawl. The Awakened have taken to call this their new home...both Technocrats and Traditionalists flock to Vegas, where an unwritten truce has been approved, where top notch science and security meets the most outrageous entertainers. Private security firms, the NSA, the FBI, the CIA and the mafia all vie for control of the casinos and the populace... Vegas is a circus, both media and otherwise, and its not limited to three rings.
So come spend some time here, gamble away your savings... or your life... you may be the next winner... but the prizes are not always cash or treasure, sometimes you win just by getting out alive. Anything you can desire is available in Vegas, or very nearby, legal or not, as you all must know by now... what happens in Las Vegas, stays in Las Vegas... and that is no lie.

Please use an actual name when entering, anonymous names will be asked to be changed.
Without an approved character sheet, your character is considered an unknowing human. Means no powers can be used and cannot state you are anything but an unknowing human.
Try to keep OOC to a limit, if someone is RPing try not to make too many out of character comments and take it to PM.
No verbal insults or ooc fighting in public. Take it to messenger or elsewhere. If it's a conflict based on something in the room, seek out a council member.
Avatars must be kept clean and nude free and cannot exceed 500 (pixels wide) and no taller than 450 pixels.
