If you've cleared your cookies, cache and temp history....and turned off your virus protection, call Centurylink and ask them if they have "Port 8080" block on their web accelerator...If they do, have them shut it off. My internet provider changed their security and added that block and every time my internet went down, I had to call them and get it turned off again....until they finally got tired of hearing from me and they fixed it permanently.
