Cannot get into the room and stay.

I don't know if anyone can  help?

I get into the room, but the lower half of the screen gives me the white screen  of death.

Can anyone help?  Thank you!

Who is your internet provider?

If you've cleared your cookies, cache and temp history....and turned off your virus protection, call Centurylink and ask them if they have "Port 8080" block on their web accelerator...If they do, have them shut it off.  My internet provider changed their security and added that block and every time my internet went down, I had to call them and get it turned off again....until they finally got tired of hearing from me and they fixed it permanently.

I have done all of the above folks but it's a no-go.  I still get the white screen of death.  Tomorrow I will take the computer to a repair shop and see if they have any ideas.

If it is not your provider sis, then it has to be your security settings.
