Report for my Elder;

The clan as a whole spent the night within the wilds. Enjoying stories of times since past, and preparing for the times ahead. Scouting will begin when the heat of the day dies down.

We will split into three groups. North, South, and East clusters. We feel it be best to spend more time than required to seek out where all of the herds have gathered. Where they have been, and where they may go until the main Hunt will commence.

Radon, Trist, and Myself will head the three groups. Until your return my Elder. Until then, I will be back and forth between camp, and the wilds itself.

More to come as time passes.

The Elder's small group has returned from the Northeast having spotted tracks of a large Tabuk herd, and also signs of Tumit. A young hunter was sent to camp to pick up the five pack mounts and give word of what has been spotted at this time. Camp was told those wishing to join in to head to the Hunters base camp tomorrow.

Scouting Report;

Two groups scouted in the night, under the brightly lit tri-moon sky. Turning up favorable results my Elder.

Trist headed a small group to the south. Managing to come across a sizeable herd of Kailiauk. The herd is not too far off, and does not seem to be moving too much. There are some young, so the likely hood of them being gone when the hunt begins is unlikely.

Radon and myself headed out with 2 others to the east. Finding a small herd of Kailiauk, and more Tumit. Though scattered, the numbers are good. Should be enough to favor Tuchuk.

Returned to our camp just before the sun broke the crest of the horizon. I do not feel tired, but will opt for a few ahn's sleep if my body permits it.

Also a hunter scout will be sent back to camp, along with a couple others. To escort anyone who isn't certain where the hunters clan camp is. Hope to see more come along.

The hunt went well my Elder. The total count as it stands now is...

12 Tabuk, 9 Tumit, 17 Kailiauk

- Out of the Kailiauk killed 5 were female. So there are 36 horns/tusk, ready to be brought to the seamstress clan.

- The Tabuk, and Kailiauk kills. All have been gutted, skinned, and the meat brought to be butchered. Which will be arriving in the main camp by tonight. The skins are still being salted.

- The Tumit feathers need to be plucked. Some have been done, not all.

No injury to report. Other than the usual bruising, and minor cuts usually endured during a hunt. No others outside the hunters clan has been seen, other than Raziel off in the distance. I will return to the main camp once everything is tied up, and completed. Radon, Trist, and a few others want to head out for one more go. Though the decision is up to you.

end report.

Sarant, Thank you for tallying the number of kills up. Let the others know of course they can hunt more. And I think the Clan will be staying awhile longer at the base camp. * nods at the fact none from Camp joined in the hunting event*

I guess Wapike, Serinna, myself, and some others were not there the first night. Last night the site went down as some of us were comming out. Keep it up and all Clan members will be recalled to camp. For Women you sure do hazard your asses with your flapping gums.

Since Vala chose to show her ass.... you are now Clan Elder.

Do a better job than she did. It will not be hard to accomplish.
