In need of repairs

I recently had dilshad clean and inspect my wagon dome and he reports seam ware that needs repair.

I am not sure who to ask in regards to repairs. Help please

dilshad reported damage at the smoke flap corner that may let in water or snow in the winter also wear in two other places.
