he has been out for almost 3 years..

McNabb is out with a injury..

I say let back-up quarterback Kolb play...or at least start

Vick should not even be back in the league.

But that is another subject.

I think there is a chance Vick will play, but I don't feel he is physically ready to play an entire game at the caliber one has to be to play pro ball. I don't think he is physically able to protect himself on the field yet.

He will play, its just a matter of how long or in what capacity.. and Mcnabb isnt ruled out yet, he could still play on sunday, but the matter of the fact, is he wont, the Eagles wont play mcnabb b/c if they did.. they would have 4 active QB's on the roster.. so hell sit out and youll see Vick, maybe even Garcia, and the no name will start.. just like he did last week.. he has the most reps so thats the only reason.. but Vick will have his day again, hes paid his debt in a court of law.. weather right or wrong for other reason..
