Out of the Captains Phil was one of my favorites.  He will be missed... His family has my thoughts and prayers during this time.   I know that that other Captains will rally around the Cornelia Marie and Her crew and keep this boat going for the Boys to take over soon.

That is a show that I have also became very attached to.  I love crab, and the episodes are always very interesting.  Whenever I have Alaskan crab I always wonder, and hope, that it is from one of the crab boats featured on the show.  I will pray for his family, and crew.  I remember the episode when his crew rescued a fisherman who had fallen overboard from a nearby trawler.  His relief, and the tearful hug that he gave the young man who was shivering in blankets made me cry.  He celebrated life, and loved his family, and his loss will be deeply felt.
