freaking ICQ
« on: October 26, 2010, 05:44:03 PM »
ok.. since finding answers to anything on the ICQ site is like finding a needle in a haystack I am posting this here.

Lately I have noticed that my ICQ has been shutting down (standby)   actually MSN has been to and I dont know why.  its not like the keyboard is in active and I didnt make any changes to the settings.. sooooooooo any ideas why this is happening?  It just goes to standby and I dont notice so I guess im "offline" a lot when Im not really offline.

on another note, but the same program.  any idea how to delete out blocked users?

thanks!
Lil

Use Trillian.

If you blocked them then highlight the name and right click to delete from group.

Trillian is good. If you use multiple IM's. Could be as simple as Q and MSN are clashing? Who knows.

Try updating them- if that dont work.... then yeah try trillian-

I dont really like trillian anymore and because Q clashes with the other crap on my desktop- Ive been using Pidgn [I think thats how you spell it] its a very bare bones multi client chat thingy like Trillian is- I guess you could say its like Trillian- fat free.
