And to think it was in the upper 80's here in sunny Southern California. The last time we came out to my parent's house, there was a Christmas blizzard all along the eastern seaboard, from the mid-atlantic region up to Maine, and again we come out here to beautiful weather, and it not only snows from the Ohio Valley and points east and north, it missed where we live in Delaware, but the oddest thing happens, it freaking snows in Amarillo, Texas. We got told by family and friends as they arrived at my dad's 80th birthday party, which I will go into more detail in my own thread, and the main topic on that odd occurrence was that it wasn't more than 2 or 3 weeks ago that it was in the mid to upper 90's there and it's decides to SNOW?!? WTF!
Anyway, I am trying to send some of this beautiful warm weather in that direction, so when we arrive home we won't have to re-acclimate to the colder temperatures. Sorry to those that got hit with either the snow or ice, just think if it's hit this soon, what the hell are we looking at for this winter season. -shudders-
