Luong will take up command of the 12th, as per Ubar's suggestion. He is the best man for the job given his experience with commanding my Oralu in my absense.
Wapike will be transferred from My Oralu to become an Orluman in the 12th.
Rhand, Donovan, Squeak and Kicks will take command as Orluman to fill the remaining gaps in command.
Orman will be chosen by Luong and his Orlumen based on skill and experience.
Orders were given to the 12th to report to the Western Armory to be re-outfitted and armed starting at first light tomorrow
