*S* I thought you might enjoy this, Rags, the music is not what I usually listen to, but it is appropriate to the tale. I can see you, Raziel, Terran, Salem, or any of the other Tuchuk Men standing on the bridge. Thorarin and I have researched this legend, and we both believe that it actually happened. What probably happened was that the English respected the Viking, and tried to take him down in hand to hand combat, rather than just standing back and filling him with crossbow bolts. The English did eventually win the battle, and then had to race back south to take on William at the Battle of Hastings. If William had landed earlier, the history of England would probably have been a lot different, the Vikings and the Normans would have divided England between them.
