The annual 'Althing' at Scagnar will be starting on 4/15. Our Allies at Scagnar are all invited, and all are assured safe passage, even unescorted FW and bonds. If a guest from another Home tries to ignore the 'Peace of the Althing', He or She will be dealt with. *S* There will be a lot of events during the Althing, and guests will be welcome to participate in them, and enjoy Torvie hospitality, and perhaps earn a 'Talmit'. *S* The Isle bonds love seeing new Jarls. The schedule will be as follows:

Travel to the Ve' and formal events. We will have the Rune Priest and the Readers of the Runes there, sacrifices of the animals will be made, and all of the participants will be blessed.

Ending ceremonies, blessing of the Rune Priest, and awarding of Talmits
Everyday we will have riddles, the bond walk, and bond dance, so everyone can participate. Of course, any event
can occur each day so if you can't make the scheduled date, you can still enter the event. The Law Rock will be open every day for discussion and settling of disputes. and Holmgang as the Men decide.
Stalls will be open to sell things, and there will be a lot of food available. The first night we will eat boiled meat from the sacrifices, and I am hoping that we can have a great feast on the last day.
I hope that the Tuchuk can attend, at least a few days, there will be a lot of feasting, bragging, storytelling, and exhibition of Torvie culture, and the Torvies would be interested in the tales of the Wily Tuchuk. Other Torvie Homes will probably be present, so there could be a nice exchange of cultures.
