Ok, now that I have my dsl back, and not at work, and therefor not limited so much on time (Would be hell to pay if I got caught in here at work LOL), I will give a little more detailed explaination of My current situation.
Most of Y/you know that I sell cars for a living (Yeah yeah, get all the Tuchuk Car Salesman jokes out of the way LOL). Anyway, if you live in the states, you have seen all the employee pricing the Big Three have done the last 4 or 5 months. Now, that is great for the public, as prices have never been better, but it sucks on my end. See, we salesmen are paid on commission, from gross profit. Long story short, we are getting a flat 100 bucks a car. Now, you do the math, and you see where I am at LOL. So, been playing the utility disconnect tag. First it was dsl, then it was power, which I got back on, then gas, which is back on. Anyway, I am saying this, not for sympathy, but so ya know the score, and that untill things straighten up, it may very well keep happening, loosing dsl and such. So, Strider may be quite inconsistant for awhile.
Now a thought, or a sharing of thoughts, I guess. I think of Myself as patriotic as the next guy, and I do not believe here is a place to discuss politics, but here is the thing. Some may remember mention of My oldest daughter, my middle child. She is the one that refused to return home some months ago, if you recall. Anyway, she joined the Marines, her choice. It was a bit of a shock, and if you knew here, you would think so too. So, monday we shipped her off to boot in Paris Island. I will admit, dad sniffled a bit. Here is the thing, on the one hand, I hope it makes her grow up into the fine woman I know she is, on the other, this is not peace time, and scares the hell out of Me.
Anyway, that is what has been up with the Stridermeister. Hope this makes My little time online these days a lil more understandable.
