Next few days

Between trying to find a new place to live before next Tuesday and my computer which I think kicked the bucket, as I am on hubby's computer at the moment, I am probably not going to be in the room much... We are going to check out a place tomorrow, and hopefully if things work out we might be moving there... but that isn't 100% sure yet, but we are hoping... so if you can, cross your fingers and wish us luck, because right now that's the only place that looks promising... ~grumbles~

well it looks like we have the house, therefore until we are told officially that we have the place we are just packing up everything as we have to be out on Tuesday, no if's and's or but's.. so I will be in the room, but in as OOC, it's because I am on a break from packing... and if things work out right, we will just transfer the cable over to the new place, and not have any interruptions, hopefully...

computer is up and running again, damn power supply was the problem... ~grumbles~ damn thing cost over 40 bux for a 300W, and the 350 was cheaper, but they were out... oh well, at least it has a sort of new part in it... now to finish upgrading the damn thing

okay a little bit of an announcement here...

WE GOT THE HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes we signed the lease, just got the keys and will be starting to move the stuff out of the apt into the house during the week.. another bit of good news, we have until the 21st to be out... ~grins evilly~ owner wanted us out on Thursday, we asked for a week, the judge was going to give us 5 days, but Jay piped up that he has a bad back and wouldn't be able to be doing much of the moving and much to the owner's dismay we got a week ~dances around the room~ got the court reporter, baliff and judge laughing when someone stuck their tongue out at the owner as he was storming out of the chambers... he was NOT a happy camper..

So between being sick with the flu from hell, I am helping pack, move and basically organizing the new place... reminds me that I have to call the electric and gas companies tomorrow and have them switch things over to our name..

Okay don't know if I will be on tomorrow night or not, all depends on when we take the computers over to the house... but I will mostly likely not be in the room until Monday night, maybe on Sunday depends on if we just all pass out from exhaustion or not... ~laughs~ as it's just ourselves who are moving things... ~sighs~ at least the garage is attached, that way we just shove everything into the garage, and go through it all as we go along... will get pictures up of the new place tomorrow afternoon after we do the walk through, if the snow blower doesn't poop out before we get there... as there's at least 25 inches of snow to be gotten rid of out of the driveway and walkways... ~grumbles~

well everything is going as I am trying to get my computer up and going, but tonight it probably won't be happening as I have to take hubby to the ER to get stitches as he seems to have found the blade to the mini food processor with his right index finger and it's sliced down to almost the bone if not down to the bone... so it's going to be a long night yet again... ~heads out to enjoy a night courtsey of the ER facilities~

~just busts up laughing along with the injuried party and Kan~ well we aren't going until the truck is unloaded and that's when the guys finally unload it.... ~sighs and grumbles~ and this is a lesson to me why I don't let the men go alone, but since the truck only carries two in the front and it's illegal for anyone to be in the back unrestrained... ~snickers~ at least the blade is safe, unless hubby decides to use the coffee maker... then we will go through this again... though I have declared the kitchen MY ZONE!!! and yes I have threatened what you suggested last night Bro... they just laughed at me... AGAIN
