1. California in various places. (Now, San Diego County is a state unto itself but I never lived there; same with Marin County.  I was born in the State of California, in the sub-state called Los Angeles County.  And do not even go there about San Bernardino County where I lived too.)

3. Texas (when I die, I may not go to heaven....)
4. New York (which, if you're from CA, this place is really another planet)
