Dear Diary,
Today a bunch of us met in the cafeteria for Cokes, Jesse, Richard, Angel and Tiffany. We were discussing the basic rules we'd all agreed to this year. No going steady like in high school. Date around, get to know other people before making those serious decisions again.
I suggested that we hold another one of those stag parties at the Four Seasons where we can feel free to dance with whomever we please. Since several of us are over 21, we can order pitchers of beer and all have a good time.
I knew Angel and Jesse had been seeing a lot of each other and I knew Jesse had confronted Angel regarding her one year contract with Bobby Campbell. I know just how dangerous a photo shoot can get with Bobby, but Angel said that Jesse would be along to watch when she was posing. That almost sounded monogamous, but when Richard sort of hit on her, it was obvious she liked the attention.
Richard flat out asked Jesse if he'd object if Richard asked Angel out. Jesse just smiled and said that was totally up to Angel and we all knew the rules, we were free to date others.
Angel got a phone call and said she might have to work on Saturday night. Jesse asked if she cared if he went alone anyway and she said it was fine if he wanted to go.
So, Saturday night will be another college student night at the Four Seasons. Maddie has arranged for a solid rock band as the entertainment. Sounds like fun to me and I'll be spreading the word!!
