After pleading not guilty to the murder charge during his arraignment on Monday, Harry Wagner reversed his field and on Wednesday morning agreed to plead guilty on all charges.
Jeff Mallard, the Criminal Scene Investigator assigned to the case, revealed that Wagner's DNA matched some found at the scene of Donna Deere's. After examining the exhumed body of Harry's previous wife, they also now believe that she was killed with a blunt object before Harry pushed her down the stairs of their home.
District Attorney, Nelle Porter, was convinced after considerable research by the CSI team and a police psychiatrist, that Harry lost control after finding out that his wife was cheating on him with a man that she worked with. Is Harry insane? We won't know for sure until the doctors at Bellevue Hospital have a chance to work with him.
The plea bargain will place Harry Wagner in the restricted section of the hospital for life, unless the doctors can convince Judge Helen Gamble that it's safe to return him to public life.
