in short....the testing is all done, I have one more follow up to go to next week with uro-surgeon.....
results....
in one surgery there will be three surguries done....on october 11th if nothing else changes....
first....full hysterectomy including ovaries....done by bikini line incision, there is too much going on with my system to go in less obtrusively...
second, bladder tack done by uro-surgeon, he just hasnt decided whether he will do MMK procedure ((attaching bladder to actual bone)) or the abdominal sling....both have ups and downs, he will decide by this coming wednesday and let me know.....btw, picture your pelvic bones, and where they are.....my bladder is BETWEEN them, it was really weird to see, I got to see it with the testing he did today, wow, way weird.....its supposed to be on top of the uterus, so basically, if I didnt have this procedure done, my bladder would literally fall out....fantabulous LOL
third....no just two or three stitches for the hernia....I'm getting a mesh put in about the size of my hand, which granted, are small, but still....which is ANOTHER incision to the right of my belly button, because it is an umbilical hernia.....
I told them quote un quote that I didnt give a fuck about scars I just didnt want to be in pain, and besides, my husband digs scars *winks and grins*....
so, I guess I'm in a better place at least knowing what's coming, however, I will be spending a few days in the hospital following, so if you dont hear any updates, either bug mum if she comes in, or I'll get to the boards and in the room when I can sit up for a while......
