This Week's Gossip
Diego's housemaid and cook served us breakfast in bed last Sunday morning. We'd been up very late Saturday night playing bridge and the men had begrudgingly lost. I had my way with Diego and I'm sure Rachel made Mike pay up, too.

We showered and dressed in warm clothing to attend the New Your Giant game with the Houston Texans Sunday afternoon. Tiki Barber finally scored a touchdown, but it was Eli Manning and Jeremy Shockey that saved the day with a 4th quarter touchdown and the Giants won 14-10.

I spent Monday night in Mahoney's Irish Pub enjoying the company of a businessman named Michael Harrington. He's new here in New York City and we danced to Four Green Fields. Declan and Molly sat at the bar while Barb and Rafe were the bartenders.

We had a little excitement when  Rafe got a strange phone call that really upset her. She banged the phone down and swore like a trooper, then headed for the back door. I saw Declan jump up, remove something from the back of his pants and hurry out after her. Most of the customers, fearing an attack of some kind, tossed money on the bar and left. Michael stayed with me, saying he would protect me if there was a problem.

Rafe came back carrying a bottle in a sack and refused to divulge the contents. I could tell though that she was pretty upset. I used my cell phone to call for a taxi and Declan walked Molly and Barb back to Barb's apartment leaving Sam to close up the Pub early.

It was a very exciting week and the elections are over. Mike Miller, Cami Diaz, Sawyer Holloway, and Emily Addison won as expected. Ana Demetrius managed to win out on Long Island ina squeaker, but the real surprise was the stunning victory on Staten Island by write-in candidate, David Dewher. I understand that he ran as an independent and barely managed to beat out incumbent, Amber Valetta. A private source advised me that Dewher was seen at Del Posto on Friday night with CBS reporter, Bridget Martin. Was that an interview, or a dinner date?

I spent Wednesday nigh, as usual, sitting in the back row during Rachel's Friends play. Alice was a riot as the narrator. She's a talented cutie pie.

Rachel called me late Saturday night after spending the evening at Mahoney's Irish Pub, one of the recent hot spots since Denny has started hiring strippers. She said she met with the new OB/GYN, Kristen Kilpatrick, who was recently hired at Columbia Medical Center by Lisa Cuddy. Dr. Robert Chase was also there and she enjoyed watching them banter about Dr. Gregory House.

Rach said that Bobby Campbell popped in and finally got a date with that new bartender, Rafe Michaels. I know Bobby wants her to let him photograph her and add her to his list of successful models. He sure has an eye for talent, in more ways than one.

I spent Saturday night enjoying dinner at the Four Seasons with Ana Demetrius, the winner out on Long Island. Her chauffer, Lucas Matzen, is fine eye candy. They make quite an attractive pair. She shared a lot of her modeling history and explained why she decided to run for the council seat. It seems she felt it offered her options to expand her success in modeling and business. She's not just a walking empty head.

Upon arriving home, I turned on my computer and spent several hours enjoying my favorite chat room, the Pleasure Palace. It's fun, you should try it.

Entertainment
This Wednesday night, November 15th at 10:00 pm ET, the Off-Broadway Creative Arts Theatre will be offering Rachel Tatellio's version of Seinfeld - The Ex-Girlfriend. It should be fun and I will be sitting in my center seat in the back row watching to see who might show up and who sits with whom.
