Newest Addition

Well she's here! That's right the little one is here! My niece is here! Her name is Madeline Rose and she graced us on Tuesday night. After an 18 hr hospital wait, I got to hold her for like an hour. It was great! I kissed her cheeks off and then we went home. Coming back on Wednesday to hold her all day long! My sister got to rest and then I had to head back home. It was all worth it though, so here she is, making her debut! She was 9lbs 5.5 oz and about 21.5 inches long! She's a tough girl already!

Awww!!!! *grin* She's adorable! and BIG!!! *grin* Question... does she have hair on her ear tips? Kym did and it totally freaked me out till someone told me that it was normal and that it would disappear in time. *lol*

My kiddo had hair on her ear tips... and tailbone!  I was like, "omg, wolfchild."  I was actually kind of sad to see the ear hair go.  It was cool. LOL

haha yes she did! and my sister was like omg shes hairy!! i was like uhm it'll go away i swear. she was like *whew* it was so cute. i called and she's already home, and i could hear the baby crying i was like hey! she misses me!! my sister just laughed then was like... damn i'm sore.  :D

*grin* Kym has hair on her tailbone still too.. altho it's slowly thinning out. I didn't have to deal with a lot of the newborn crying because the docs had me on vicoden to deal with the c section pain... and naturally, because I was boob feeding, she got some too and so she slept a lot that first few weeks while I was recovering. Made my life MAJORLY easier. *chuckles*  I'm thinking maybe thats why she slept thru the night so early. Who knows. *chuckles* Now I wake up to shrieks of laughter as she's playing with her toys and toes. *laffs* Tell your sister that that's what she has to look forward to.. but that its' waaay better than waking up to crying.

Yes! I love those laughs, the big fat giggles. I miss the punkin though, i'm ready to go back and see her, but i think i'm going to go during spring break... we'll see maybe feb maybe. That's far away *sigh* alright time for some food. I'm thinkin pancakes... anyone else hungry? haha.
