The Genovese Enterprises Meeting is normally held on a Tuesday evening in the Bergen Hunt and Fish Club at 10:00 pm EST, except the first Tuesday of each month when the Board of Directors meet.

I took Lauren over to the Bergen Hunt & Fish Club last night for her first Genovese family meeting. She got to meet Jason Maloney in the Carnegie Hill lobby, Mia behind the Hunt Club bar, then Ben Bravio and Denny Mahoney at the meeting.

The meeting went quite smoothly with Ben giving us an update on all the Genovese Construction Inc.projects. I know Lauren was surprised at the size of some of those jobs and the money pouring in from the numbers racket.

Diego offered to drive us both back to Manhattan, but for some unknown reason Lauren chose to stay and talk to Denny. Wonder what that was all about?  I asked Diego but he had no clue either.

Tammi picked me up and took me to the first meeting of the Genovese family. She filled me in on the way there about a few things. Number one amoung them is to never mention "Mafia" when speaking of the family. I did get a good look at Furio this eve when he picked us up. I asked Tammi if he was ever used for an escort. She said no as he was usually on call to Diego day and night. But to speak to Diego about it. I will but will also speak with Furio as I don't pressure any to be available.

At the Bergen Hunt & Fish Club I met Jason Maloney along with the bartender Mia. Who Tammi informed me from time to time available as an escort. I did notice her appraisal of me. Giving me to believe Mia is open to escorting either sex. I also got to met Mr. Bravio and Denny Mahoney.

The meeting itself was something of a surprize. Not the running of it. But the extent of Diego's holdings. The people he has running the seperate divisions seem to be very competent. Which with the extent of them is a good thing. I will be needing to learn the ropes of my new job quickly to keep up with all of them.

After the meeting, I talked to Denny in the elevator and ending going to see his establishment.
