This Week's Gossip
Last Sunday morning I woke up early with Diego, got up, dressed and hurried over to Central Park where I met with Rachel Tatellio and Tammi Hanlin to run before it got too hot and humid. The weather has been stifling mixed with severe thunderstorms.
The major subject was the recent attacks against Columbia University female students, since a female student responded to the NYPD request on television for young ladies to step up and tell them if they have had similar attacks. Lt. Chris Meloni says that they will not identify this this young lady who claims she was raped in her dorm room much like Rachel Adams was. The big question is how is this guy getting in that dorm undetected?
Diego is furious that his daughter, Tiffany, was attacked in the supposedly safe Carnegie Hill Complex. Since he owns that complex now, he's doubling the guards with one on every floor. I cant even mention the situation around him without him losing his temper. I certainly hope the police find this serial rapist before Diego does.
Later this past week when I interviewed Lt. Meloni personally, he told me that they now have identified a fourth victim. The unnamed victim was going through a pregnancy test at the Columbia University Medical Center when the doctor discovered that the potential baby matched the semen found in Ms. Farina and Ms. Adams.
The young lady is mortified to learn that her baby was a result of an attack similar to the others, and not that of intercourse with the fellow male Columbia senior she's been living with for over a year. They planned to get married after they graduated and she never told him, or anybody, about the attack because she was afraid she might lose her lover. She's in the process of advising him of the situation as we speak.
Rachel said that her sister, Audrey, is being extremely careful and sleeping at Rachel's Carnegie Hill penthouse suite until this monster is apprehended and brought to justice.
Since Samantha Emeris is away for a week or so visiting with her parents, Rachel actually sang a few songs last night at the Four Seasons Supper Club. Mia Moore, the bartender, tells me that Jon Bon Jovi surprised Rach, returning from a week or so in New Jersey. Alice Biaggio also popped up there last night after a long absence.
It seems that Eva Macy, who was also sitting at the bar, is dating that new fellow, Adrian Vasquez, the designer of expensive sunglasses. Now there's an interesting couple. Will Eva been seen sporting his glasses in Vogue or InStyle? We'll see.

This Tuesday night, August 28th at 10:00 pm ET, the Off-Broadway Creative Arts Theatre will be offering Rachel Tatellio's version of Clue - Framed For Murder. I'll be there in case she needs me to cover a role.
