This Week's Gossip
New York City, the city that never sleeps, hasn't been sleeping well at all lately. The increase in crime has Mayor Michael Bloomberg very concerned, especially those recent attacks of Columbia University female students. He's met with the Chief of Police twice now requesting that every effort be made to apprehend this serial rapist.

I really enjoyed Rachel's Clue play this week on Tuesday night. Tim played Dr. Black, while Mike played Reverend Green, Doni played Professor Plum and Jack played Colonel Mustard. Dami drew Mrs. Peacock, Kate took Mrs. White in her sexy French maid outfit and I played Ms. Scarlett naked in her bathtub. Rachel Narrated and the winners were…… drum roll….. Tim and Dami who identified Colonel Mustard as the guilty party.

So far there hasn't been another rape reported among those Columbia university students. Maybe the serial rapist is biding his time while the NYPD makes every effort to locate him and put him away for life. Martha Mason, the women's dorm matron, is making sure that no men at all are allowed in the dorm, period. Hopefully her efforts will not be in vain.

On Saturday night Diego and I caught an early movie, then headed for the Four Seasons Supper Club where he had scheduled a late evening dinner meeting with Angela Black and her new Citibank Vice President, Robert Jackson. Rachel was already at the bar where Mia Moore was bartending. Of course, Rachel's current boyfriend, Jon Bon Jovi showed up, too.

Robert Jackson turned out to be a very nice looking black man, one that plans to run for the now empty council seat in Queens. That explains why Diego was disrupting our normal Saturday night plans. He wants to make sure that his Refuse Removal Inc. firm retains the garbage collection job in Queens.

I'm going to miss Sawyer Holloway, the old Queens borough councilman. He was such a handsome and devil may care dude that hit on all the females in such a delightfully seductive way. I'll wager Tammi will miss him too, although Eoin Ryan seems to be keeping her happy.

A LizBeth Nickles showed up at the Four Seasons bar last night. She claims that she wants a modeling career here in the Big Apple and since she's staying at the Plaza Hotel, I agreed to take a peek at her portfolio, then introduce her to Bobby Campbell to help her jump start her fashion career.

Entertainment
Creative Art Theatre will be dark this week and will return on September 11th with Sex and the City.
