This Week's Gossip
Last Saturday night Gino Caruso brought me home from the Four Seasons Supper Club after I had a little too much wine. I was just cruising, in a nice happy mood. Apparently so happy I forgot to fax in my column for the Sunday morning edition.
I finally awoke around noon on Sunday with a splitting headache to find a note from Gino on my dresser. I faxed in my weekly column before I even showered. My editor, Art Fisher, wasn't happy, but he included it in the Monday Times.
There were two messages from Diego on my machine, saying he would pick me up around five for the Monday Night Football game at the Meadowlands. That turned out to be fun with another New York Giants win over the visiting Atlanta Falcons.
Rachel had a full cast for the Friends play on Tuesday night, so I was able to sit in the back row and just enjoy it. Mike Miller was back and played Ross for the first time in quite awhile. Rachel says that Mike plans to make more of her plays now.
It was early Saturday night, while walking in Central Park with Rachel, a nice fall evening, that we bumped into Luigi Gaza. I introduced him to Rachel, explaining that he was an employee of Genovese Construction Inc., one of Diego's many firms. Rachel and Jon will be joining Diego and me in his suite at the Meadowlands where we'll be watching the Giants play the 49ers Sunday afternoon.

This Tuesday night, October 23rd at 10:00 pm ET, the Off-Broadway Creative Arts Theatre will be dark as Rachel continues to run her plays on alternate weeks.
