... ok so apparently im the only person that did not google ligers when the movie nepolian dynamite came out... but I was watching this show on the national geographic channel and it was called "humanzee" and was all about this chimp named oliver that was not like other chimps... they though it was human.... its creepy really... [turns out its not some human-chimp hybreed, but its dna is diffrent from a regualr chimps] but anyways they were talking about the possiability that chimps and peoples could be bread together.... [i gotta stop watching this shit... need to block this channel] but that it is not known if they would be able to reproduce... cause mules are a cross between donkeys and horses and they are almost always sterile.... then the gave another example.... LIGERS!!! they are reeal.... and gigantic!

That's Hercules, and he's ten feet when he's on his hind legs like that.  He's pretty humungous.

I can definitely see the difference. Normal tigers don't have legs that thick, the faded tan coloring is definitely another giveaway to support the lion half.
